Where We Ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $49 or more ship free. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 10–16 days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first movement — your parcel is moving even when the page isn't.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at support@kastelhome.com as soon as possible. Address changes are possible before dispatch; once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package is lost.
