How long does delivery take?

Orders ship with full tracking and typically arrive in 10–16 days in the United States and Canada. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Note that tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first movement — your parcel is moving even when the page isn't.

Do all the designs light up?

Yes. Every design is illuminated by a warm white LED — the ghosts and the classic lantern alike. Press the button and it glows.

Does the Nook Lantern need an outlet?

No. The Nook Lantern is battery-powered with a simple one-button switch — no cords, no outlets, no drilling. Place it on any shelf and light it. Full battery details are listed on the product page.

Is it one lantern or a pair?

Each order is one lantern. Most customers order two — one for each end of the shelf — and orders over $49 ship free in the US and Canada.

What are the different styles?

The Nook Lantern comes in five illuminated designs — The Bookworm, The Trick-or-Treater (Gold), The Trick-or-Treater (Bronze), The Christmas Ghost, and The Classic. Each pairs beautifully with the others, so mixing two styles on one shelf is a favorite.

What if it arrives damaged?

We replace damaged or defective items free of charge, or refund you in full — your choice. Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What if I simply don't love it?

You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't make your shelf better, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and refund.
