We want your shelf to be better with a Nook Lantern on it. If it isn't, here's how we make things right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and a full refund to your original payment method. Email support@kastelhome.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice, and no return required. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations & Changes

You can cancel or change your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the 30-day guarantee above still applies after delivery.

Non-Delivery

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, or your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full.

How Refunds Are Processed

We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
